I’ve seen ads on TV about High Uric Acid causes Gout.

That's true, but you still may not know what Gout is. . .It’s a type of arthritis that is very painful inflammation in the feet and ankles.

This is My Personal True Story about Gout.

I had Gout for over 20 years, it first started when I was in my mid 30's. I didn’t even know what Gout was until I went to the doctor.

To make a long story short. I started eating Tuna Fish Sandwiches once or twice a week on the way to work from a local grocery store deli. After about a year my Gout stopped. I Really think the Tuna Fish Sandwiches made my Gout go away. My Gout hasn't come back in over ten years and I'm 64. If you know anybody with Gout.

    Tell them to try eating Tuna Fish Sandwiches.     

P.S. The grocery store was sold and there went my Tuna Sandwich.  I had to make my ownsandwiches and I also buy Tuna Omega-3 Oil pills. Made by Standard Process. I can only find them on Amazon.
